The poem Faith was written as a mode of inspiration to myself as well as others who continue to struggle and question one’s faith despite life’s circumstances.

We all have hope and fear in something.

We all have hope and fear that we will not become sick.

Until that sickness nearly destroys everything.

We all have hope and fear in love,

Until that loved one is taken away from us far too soon.

We all have hope and fear in pain,

Until that pain is so hurtful that it questions the ability to live.

Remember this my people, faith is the substance of things hope for and in the evidence not seen, far and near,

For it is what makes you believe despite hope and fear.
